Can you fix a fireplace that another contractor built?
Absolutely. If your fireplace looks good but does not function correctly, or if there are structural or code issues from a previous installation, Wayne will troubleshoot, inspect, and report findings with clear solutions. Most corrections are handled on a fixed-fee basis.
Is all the work performed by licensed contractors?
Yes. All site work is completed by licensed and insured professionals. Wayne coordinates and oversees the process — all contractor costs for site work are handled directly between the client and the licensed contractors performing the work.
